  • Products altered, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for return.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-designed or personalized items.
  • Promotional gifts or free items.
  • Items that show signs of usage or damage, including tears, stains, or wear.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive defective or incorrect items, contact support@elitetextile.us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photos of the issue to expedite the return process.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We do not accept packages sent via cash-on-delivery services.

  • Approval & Address:
    Once approved, you will receive the return shipping address.
  • Ship the Item(s):
    Send the item(s) back to us in secure packaging.
  • Provide Return Details:
    Share the tracking details with our support team via email.
  • Inspection & Refund:
    After receiving and inspecting the return, we will process your refund.

 

Refund Policy

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are processed within 1 business day of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
  • Refund timelines depend on your payment method:
    • PayPal Refunds: May take 3–7 business days to reflect.
    • Credit/Debit Card Refunds: May take 5–10 business days, subject to your bank’s processing time.

Cancellation Refunds: 

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations after the order is shipped are not permitted.

Non-Refundable Costs:

  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Items returned in an ineligible condition will not qualify for a refund.
