- Items that show signs of usage or damage, including tears, stains, or wear.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive defective or incorrect items, contact support@elitetextile.us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos of the issue to expedite the return process.
Return Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We do not accept packages sent via cash-on-delivery services.

- Refund timelines depend on your payment method:
- PayPal Refunds: May take 3–7 business days to reflect.
- Credit/Debit Card Refunds: May take 5–10 business days, subject to your bank’s processing time.
Cancellation Refunds:
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations after the order is shipped are not permitted.
Non-Refundable Costs:
